The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether the destination is a remote location. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday. Holiday Delivery Information Due to increased volume of gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods, most basket retailers require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot offer our same-day delivery service during the following major holiday periods: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day. (Please Pre-Order to assure your gift will arrive in time).
Baskets of Smiles- Inventory Clause and Sales Tax
“Our inventory changes continuously, as we personalize and customize most of our gift baskets. In the event a particular item is not available we will substitute an item of equal or greater value in replacement as close to the original item as possible.”
“We are required by the laws of Ontario to charge Sales tax (both GST and PST) on all our gift baskets sold within Ontario, however if you require a basket to be shipped outside of Ontario No PST charges will be applied. The only time NO GST is to be charged is for items shipped out of Canada.”
Baskets of Smiles- Orders placement We currently do not have a custom order form available on our website. You can place an order by e-mail to basketgirls@storm.ca or by telephone at 613-858-7225. We check our e-mail and voice messages frequently throughout the day, so please do not hesitate to leave us a message as we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Invoice Once your order has been completed we will generate an invoice with all details listed for your records.
